NOTE: LATEST UPDATE on this list —> September 5th 2015! (see them below, in the reader recommendations section – 37 new suggestions!) 🙂 This is a work in progress. I will personally “taste-test” each book (hehe) that makes this list before I add it to the main part. These are my favorite lists to make, but this one’s been hard on me!! There have been many recommendations and suggestions (keep ’em coming!) but not all have given me that “Fifty” feel, ya know? I mean… come on… What the heck can live up to Fifty?? It’s been said many times, that Fifty’s ruined us for all others.

Today’s Paranormal Book Releases – May 29th 2012
Hey guess what?!! One of the most often reader-recommended book series (that I have yet to read) is Nalini Singh’s Psy-Changeling series (you guys should see how often I get emails and comments insisting on this one).
Well, I’ve jumped in! I’m starting book one within the next day or so, and I’m VERY excited. I also hear her Guild Hunter series is just as good, but I have to start somewhere, and my HUSBAND (yep I said it!!) went to Amazon and downloaded Slave to Sensation (Psy-Changelings, Book 1) for me. He said this one sounded cool ;). Gotta love a husband who supports my reading addiction! So consider that one of my “currently reading” for this week.
Book Review – Who We Are by TJ Klune
Who We Are —> Quick Note: If you haven’t read book #1 yet, I suggest you skip this review. Slight spoilers at least in regards to the first book. Here is my review for book #1 (Book Review – Bear, Otter, and the Kid by TJ Klune)
My love affair with two gorgeous, beautiful, hilarious (and one slightly erratic) gay men continues. And no, I’m not the third in their love affair (this isn’t one of those books 😉 ). Nope. Because like I said in book review #1, I connect so well to “Bear” (the main character) that I feel as if I am him. And book #2 has not changed a thing in this aspect. Plus there is just nothing better (apart form the intense, amazing intimacy between these two) than going on one of Bear’s internal musings of randomness.
Book Review – Easy by Tammara Webber
Easy
Easy to love. Easy to recommend. Easy to want more. But best of all, EASY to review, because there are no questions as to how much I enjoyed it. From start to finish, I didn’t want to put it down, and I especially didn’t want it to end. Quite realistic (okay maybe an extra dose of drama, but hey, it was awesome!), and the characters (well most of them) were people that I would have wanted to know in real life.
I received recommendations for it shortly after it’s release, and a few times, it was mentioned as having that “Beautiful Disaster” feel to it. It was already on my TBR list, but that little tidbit cinched it for me. There was no reason to delay this, since THIS was what I was in the mood for. Sure enough, it was almost everything I was hoping it would be (*almost* only because I would have wanted just a bit more one on one Lucas time… and come on. Do you blame me? You’ll get me, once you read it). LOL!! I know, I know… there’s more to the story then just the Lucas angle, but that was obviously my favorite part.
Tiffany A. Snow – Kathleen Turner Series Reading Order
Whoa! This one came up all of a sudden, as a flurry of excitement on my Facebook page. Everyone was reading it, and everyone was loving it, so I had to investigate. TONS of great reviews, full length books and bargain priced too! I saw these (gorgeous covers) but I’m not usually into murder mysteries. But it sounds like it’s about a whole lot more than that. Alpha male love triangle? Ummm…. yeah. Now THAT IS my thing! And after getting all of these rave reviews from my own Facebook girls, directly… my interest has been piqued!
