<— It’s LIVE!!!!! *squeeeee!!* What a way to end off a fantastic month, and a fantastic start to the new year!!! Quite a few books went live today from tried and true authors, and I can’t help but rub my hands together with glee!! Especially over that one there to the left. I can’t wait to get started.

Book Review – Low by Mary Elizabeth

*claps claps and claps some more!!!!!!!!* 😀 😀 😀 BRAVO Mary Elizabeth. BRAVO!!!!!!!!!!!!  It’s no wonder you’re so popular!! You are an exciting author!! This was the first book I have read by you, and you have taken me on the most exhilarating thrill-rides that I have been on in… shooooooooot…. I dunno. Months? A year? Years?

This was one of most captivating, engrossing, thrilling, unputdownable reads that I’ve read in a LONG time! I found myself rocking back and forth (<— seriously… I should have recorded it, but that would have been hard… I need a tripod). I had so much energy that needed a release so all I could do was rock back and forth as the whole thing culminated into that fantastic ending. I was cheering, tears welling up in my eyes, and loving every single moment of LOVING THE BAD GUYS!!!!!! read more

Book Review – The Baller by Vi Keeland

The Baller: A Down and Dirty Football Novel
Another fun read by author Vi Keeland, and I just realized I’m starting to rack up a nice little review repertoire of her books. I’m noticing that she’s one of my favorites and it’s so easy to see why. In fact, this book was #1 in ALL of Kindle books on Amazon, and made the NYT Best Seller’s list and the USA TODAY Best Sellers list. That’s not for nothing. 😉

Great writing, absorbing personal (and relatable) stories and characters.  Best of all, the smooth flow of her stories, that have that authentic feel. Nothing rushed, nothing too eye-rolling, and yet still that *oomph* that keeps the reader both comfortable and on the edge of her emotional seat! Believable, realistic (and often hilarious) dialogue, and she’s got her “bad boys” down to a T. read more
