THREE THINGS:
1.) I went to a nice restaurant on the beach again yesterday. During a sunset. Such a beautiful ambiance, toes in the sand, at a table. Good service! The food was good – sort of… but not to the caliber of its sister restaurant (The Sandbar <— which I loved like crazy! Also on a beach.) Still.. it was a wonderful night with family, and I’m so glad we were able to be seated in such a wonderful area.
2.) We’re smoking ribs today!! YUMMMMMMY!!! Family are on their way over, and I know it’s going to be a feast!!
3.) I’m getting my eyelash extensions done with a new tech this week. I’ve been having them done for a year now and LOVE my old tech (she’s an artist when it comes to eyelash isolation and perfect shape and position, but now since I’ve moved, she’s 1.5 hrs away from me so I lost her). I’m nervous… *fingers crossed 🤞*
Now… you guys let me know your three things? I love this part! And also…

1. Maryse. I want to eat at a restaurant on a Florida beach. Could you beam me down there for just for one evening?
2. We’re setting up our lake place in Canada for the summer. For my birthday present, family organized some housecleaners to do a deep clean EVERYWHERE, except outhouse LOL. Windows shining, adirondacks scrubbed, floors free of all the stuff that happens when you live in a forest. 🙂
3. Beavers, black flies, loons, mosquitoes, hummingbirds, armies of ants, epiliated woodpeckers, wild turkeys, osprey, frog concert at night. No mice sightings yet!…yea, it’s that forest thing.
I would love to, Mony!!! I always thought if I had one super power, it would be to be a “jumper”. Go anywhere in a second!!
Now I want you to beam me to THAT!!! 😀 Oh I bet your lake place is a total oasis. A fairy forest… *sigh* Do you have a bubbling creek nearby?
So no creek – which would be wonderful. Also ocean waves!
We can hear the lake water lapping. It’s a quiet place but it is for the brave…wild-ish, rustic, sharing with animals… 🙂
I love being outside!! Mony that sounds amazing! We went to a baseball game in Louisiana this past weekend and it was in a quiet area where you could here the locusts in the pine trees and the frogs in a small pond next to the field… one of my favorite sounds in the world! If I had a hammock I would have been in heaven.
I would LOVE to beam you down here.

2) binge watched “1883” over the weekend and loved it!
3) reading June First by Jennifer Hartmann. Giving my heart a pounding!!

I’ve tried bingewatching but (and I blame this on age) I keep falling asleep during episodes. It’s confusing sometimes. LOL!
1. I just got an ARC of Graceless by NN Britt and I’m about to jump in bed and dive in!
2. My college roommate spent the weekend with me and we threw down some habanero margaritas that I’m regretting a little today! 🥴
3. I have my first mammogram tomorrow morning and I’m not super thrilled. 😣
I had my first not long ago. It honestly wasn’t bad. Awkward, but pretty painless and actually really quick.
Don’t be surprised if they call you back for a second look as it is your first, happened to me, because they have nothing to compare the images to yet.

It really wasn’t bad at all. I should have started years ago. I think part of my fear was that I’d get a male but apparently they don’t do mammograms? Or maybe they don’t do them there. It was unclear.
