So…I’m almost done the latest book from Leanna Renee Hieber entitled “The Darkly Luminous Fight for Persephone Parker”. It’s good! It’s really good! Of course that’s not surprising considering how much I liked the first one. I’m at the craziest part (at least…if it’s where I think it’s heading). But I was reading so late into the night, falling asleep, and I didn’t want to embark on the adventure, without a clear frame of mind. So I closed the book at the best part, and I’m saving it for tonight. I will be reviewing it shortly.
In the meantime, let’s see what our favorite authors are up to…
- Marjorie m Liu has a title for her next Dirk and Steele book (IN THE DARK OF DREAMS). It is being released November 30th 2010. Read her blog here.
- Anya Bast will be on RT Author Showcase at BlogTalk Radio tonight. Other authors to be featured too!
- Leanna Renee Hieber will be a guest author tomorrow on the Border’s Blog (she has an exciting book – I’m reading it!!)
- Melissa Marr’s latest “Radiant Shadows (Wicked Lovely)” was released today! I’ve also just added her to my “Authors who Tweet” page.
- Karen M Moning has selected a hotel for her FeverCon (and special guests have been confirmed)!! Ohhh I wanna go soooo bad!! If I can remember right, it’ll be in Atlanta, in October, I think…Oh and she’s also working on a graphic novel for the series.
- Toni Blake is proof reading.
- Michelle Rowen wrote 500 words today…”before I was distracted by something shiny…” LOL she’s funny! I do love shiny, so I get it 😉
- Shannon K Butcher is revising pages…
- Gena Showalter has a cool quiz: Find out which Lord of the Underworld is for you! Alright, I’ll play 😉 Let’s see….Ok here’s mine: “Amun—the gentlest and most romantic of the Lords.” – looks like I have to wait on his book though…(The Darkest Secret out in 2011)
- Michelle Rowen continues her 30 Days of Demons blog. It’s a Vlog!
- Marie Claude Bourque has written 1500 words today (it’s up to 50 pages now) on her book, “The Axiom of Depth”
- Sherrilyn Kenyon has released some upcoming tour dates
- Rachel Vincent is working on revisions for “Alpha”
