I’m looking for a book and I know I can count on you and your readers!!
Here is what I remember of it (which is not a lot):
I read this book about 6-8 years ago 🤞. There are three characters total, with two main ones.
The Hero is an African-American (US) football player. The heroine is caucasian and she has a guy best friend. Without giving spoilers away, I’m just going to say that she’s pregnant.
I know it’s not much, but any thoughts?
Anyone have a guess?

I am looking for a book about a lady who lost her sister and had to now raise her child and moved into a beach house and began to fall for her neighbor…who may also have been the landlord. there was a part where she kept getting found naked outside the house, an she was a nurse, I think.
