One of my favorite authors from my “paranormal” days (Kresley Cole), is writing a er… contemporary romance? And by “contemporary romance” I mean a hero (or is he an anti-hero?) Russian Mafia enforcer/ex MMA-fighter bad boy/bad guy series!
Tee hee!! Could she have chose a lot of more “up my alley” qualities in a “bad guy” book hero? 😉 Book #1 is out, and two more to come in just a few weeks!

Tracie: Woke up this morning to see “The Professional – Part 1” in my Kindle… it’s Kresley Cole! You can’t go wrong with that! So, I started to read. I am 26% in and CAN NOT PUT IT DOWN. Even now, at work, I am trying to hide my iPhone (with my Kindle app) and read at the same time! O.M.G! Turns out, this is her new series and it is HOT. OH yeah, its Russian Mafia and he is an ex MMA fighter! What a combination (swoon).

Tracie: I finished it by the way…. And it was OH so good. A total 5 stars for me. And I NEVER give out 5 stars (a lot of 4.5, but never 5). … Just picture Kresley Cole romance with some “dark tendencies” thrown in to make it hotter than her normal stuff. YIPEE!

Maryse, you have to read this one! It’s so good! Sevastyan is super-alpha uber-sexy enforcer-dangerous and totally knows how to work every bit of the Dom tendencies he has, but he also has this more vulnerable side that comes out in the way he can’t resist his draw to Natalie or in the reason he’s so loyal to his Russian mafia boss. This book is just the beginning of the story and it’s a quick read, but you really get sucked in quickly. I can’t wait for parts 2 and 3 next month!
I haven’t read Kresley Cole yet, but this series grabbed my attention ages ago. And they’re bargain priced!! I got it, and I pre-ordered the rest, both out in January -yay!!
