New adult romance in full-blown angst style (with a killer cliffhanger in book #1 but no worries, book #2 is out now!!). Okay yesssss book #2 has a cliffhanger too, but I’m hearing it’s nowhere near as bad (about a different character…). YAY US!!
Melissa: I just finished Escaping Reality (The Secret Life of Amy Bensen #1). Winner, winner, chicken dinner!!!! She certainly knows how to write about intrigue and this one nails it with a capitol “I”!!!! Steam, angst, mystery out the wasoo…with being in love with her Being Me series, this one is another gem with only one other book to conclude this series. Worth taking a peek at! 🙂

Jules: I think you should read it. If you enjoyed the first book, I think you’ll like this one too. The cliffy is about another character in the book. Don’t read the description for Forsaken before reading book 1 and 2 or it’ll spoil it for you.

I enjoyed these books. And book one has a major cliffhanger….I could barely wait for book 2. Now that they are out I would totally recommend. Can’t wait for book 3!!! But you can totally read 1&2 now and wait for 3…not much of a cliffhanger.
Am I wrong if I say the synopsis look a lot like Four Seconds To Lose?
I absolutely loved this series!!! It was a lot of mystery/suspense and romance! I would definitely recommend it!
