So M. Robinson is my new favorite author. I am now checking out all her samples after that crazy ride she put me through with El Diablo. …It gave me the same “feels” as Surviving Raine and Captive in the Dark. That anti-hero you should and would hate in real life, but for some reason you are attracted to him! And let me tell you – Alejandro Martinez is as bad as they get. Totally, unapologetically a completely ruthless bast@#d. And he STAYS that way. He is not changing for anyone. And it kills me to say that I LIKED it. Ah “cariño” – this book gave me a huge book fog.
I couldn’t put this book down. If you’re in the mood for something darker, pick this one up.
