Awesome series alert! I love this series (I liked Leo <— my review, really liked Stinger <— my review AND 5-STAR LOVED LOVED LOVED ARCHER’S VOICE <— my review!!!
I just know I’m going to love this series. With recommendations like these, and the fact that I, myself am a “Leo”… yep. I gotta check these out!
Beth: hey there i just Finished Leo by Mia Sheridan and i LOVED it, could not but it down. Totally has a Bad boy feel to it, Almost like a Christan Gray and Travis Maddox (whom i love) 🙂
Sam: I follow your blog and have found some of my favorite books from your site. Hopefully I can return the favor by recommending the book Leo by Mia Sheridan. I just read it today and finished it within hours.
Dawn: “I think you’ll like this book!”
Emily: Maryse – have you read “Leo” by Mia Sheridan? SO GOOD! I’m 47% into Leo’s Chance right now and loving it! Love this series and the story of Leo and Evie!
About book #1:
Evie and Leo met in foster care as children and formed a bond of friendship. As they grew, their bond turned to love, and they vowed to make a life together when they turned 18 and were no longer a part of the system.
When Leo unexpectedly gets adopted as a teen and moves to another city, he promises Evie that he will contact her as soon as he gets there and come back for her in a few short years. She never hears from him again.
Now eight years later, in spite of the odds, Evie has made a life for herself. She has a job. She has friends. She’s content. Then a man shows up out of the blue, claiming that her long lost love, Leo, sent him to check up on her. The attraction between them is undeniable. But, should she trust this sexy stranger? Or is he keeping a secret about what his connection to Leo is really all about and why Leo disappeared all those years ago?
Thanks for the reminder – this one is high on my list. People seem to love it!!
Read both books last week and loved them! I can’t wait for more!
I love all of Kristen Ashley’s books and these definitely have that feel – a heroine that has a life of her own (has a job, friends, responsibilities, etc), is upbeat and caring despite all that life throws at her, but is lacking romantic love… Along comes a super hot guy with a past and they find a way to work things out. Lots of books probably fall into that category, but what sets Mia Sheridan and Kristen Ashley apart is that their books are well written with great storylines to go along with the romance.
Awesome books! Just finished the second one and really enjoyed it!
You will LOVE Leo, two great books!
Agree with Tracey, Leo was super duper. I didn’t know Leo’s Chance was out yet, so THANK YOU!!!
I have read both books and after reading hundreds of these types of books, hands down, Leo was my favorite ever, with Leo’s Chance second. That says a lot. There was so much heartbreak, love and second chances that I couldn’t get enough of it. Leo is my favorite guy even above Christian, Travis, Gideon, etc. 5 plus plus plus stars!!
I forgot I have these books – going to read these next!
I read all four of these books during my free time this past week. I love them all. Leo was great. And so was Stinger. Leo’s Chance was okay because it was the same story again. But I loooooved Archer’s Voice. It’s a beautfiul book.
Do these books need to read in order? I have Archer’s Voice waiting to be read but realized there were others.
I’ve only red Archer’s Voice (total 5 star read for me)…. if the others are even close to that, they are worth a look. If you haven’t read Archer’s Voice, take Maryse’s word for it. Unforgettable. Moving. Touching. I dare you not to fall in love with Archer.
Click Click Click….. (dang one-click option) $$$
One clicked both! Loved all the others—Leo is still my fave!
Sorry to all the Archer lovers. Loved him too, but Leo was the first and left an impression. Such a unique story…..looking forward to these two. Right now working on new Rebecca Donovan.
I’ve had Archers Voice on my tbr forever just because all of you mention it so often. I had no idea it was part of a series.
Fabi – I had no idea either – nothing about it felt like a series – are they all stand alones?
Loved all these books! Immediately 1-clicked both new books….yay!
The Leo’s go together but the second is more like his point of view not a new story. Stinger and archers voice are standalones then becoming Calder and finding Eden go together 🙂 Hope that helps!
This author is another automatic go to!!! Read first two and then Archer. Need to read Stinger. Mia’s writing and storylines are so thoughtful amazing and unique…love Leo and Archer!!! Really unforgettable.
Just finished Kyland and it was amazing! It’s a definite read!!
This is such a happy little surprise.
I loved Archer’s voice so I’m anxious to see where this one leads me! Just finished Mason’s list and LOVED it! I think you will too.
Awwww!!!! LOVED Kyland!! Mia Sheridan is amazing. Such a sweet, simple story with so much more. It made me remember to savor the little, yet very important things, we sometimes take for granted. Read it!!
I’ve read Leo, Leo’s Chance, Archer’s Voice and Stinger. All were terrific, but Archer’s Voice and Stinger are books I will read again and again. Definitely some of my all time fave books. Looking forward to more.
I love Mia Sheridan books! I love the strength of her characters, all they endure, all they fight for, the strength of their bonds to one another. Archer’s Voice was my favorite. Then Kyland is a close second. If you haven’t read Becoming Calder and Finding Eden, you must read them in order. I haven’t read Grayson’s Vow or Midnight Lily yet, but they’re on my Kindle patiently waiting.
I’ve only read Archers Voice and Kyland in this series but loved them both. Great character development.
And Fabi….they’re all stand alones except maybe Leo which appears to have two books. Don’t know if this has a cliffy?
