I just finished Rock Bottom(Tristan & Danika #2) & I’m just ahhhh… I have no words.It’s so so soooo good.Those two just kill me.You must read Bad Things first though.It felt like I waited forever for this book to come out.So worth the wait.It’s even better than the first one.Read it like today. I promise you won’t regret it.
Cat: If you haven’t read the spin off from R K Lilley’s Grounded series – Bad Things and Rock Bottom – OMG!!!! The next one, Lovely Trigger is due out early Feb and continues and concludes a heart shattering love story. I loved the Up in the Air series (James Cavendish and Bianca), and Tristan and Danika were side characters but their story is so rich, beautiful and yet devastating I CANNOT move on from it no matter how many other books I read, and I read a lot!!! You know those books where the side characters become so much more, you already knew them, were intrigued and my god they didn’t disappoint and completely stole the show. That’s Bad Things and Rock Bottom.
Jean: I agree with Cat, R.K. Lilley’s Bad Things and Rock Bottom were absolute favorites of mine and not the typical love story!!!

I think I may be calling out sick on Tuesday just so I can sit on my couch all day and read it! Incredible story….and they started as friends…..but so many hurdles….I know you love when that happens! but then Celeste tempted me on a newish one that was already on my radar ’cause of other recommendations —> Full Measures – and she just told me it would make me sob and it was amazing (and Celeste is usually kind of difficult when it comes to books). Eeeep! Oh boy… 😉

Oh, I Maryse I don’t blame you….I saw that comment from Celeste and had already 1-clicked Full Measures. I’m going to TRY to finish 2nd Kathleen Turner book…. I just can’t read 2 books at once (well, I’ve never really tried to be honest….haha)!
And who knows when I’ll get back to 3rd Kathleen Turner book because of all the new books out right now and the highly anticipated release of Lovely Trigger! But, it seems like it’s easy to read other books in between the Turner books because they are really different and easy to go back to. Gah….Need more time…….
I can’t wait for this 3rd book. I have enjoyed this series much more than the In Flight series (I liked it but this one I love). Can’t wait to see where book 3 brings us!
You will love this trilogy…just finished kelli maine 2 New releases from taken series and I’m itching to start a new book but trying to hold off for lovely trigger. … can you suggest a good stand alone with a good bad boy to fill in my 4 day gap.

This series is amazing. There were parts that made me sob. Full of intensity and angst (and loyalty and friendship too), and very well written. Hope you enjoy it! Don’t wait too long. 🙂
I read the In flight series as well and loved it…such good writing…..My only problem is that the books are released so far apart I’m forgetting some of the story line…..ugh I hate that…..I may have to re-read…

When you can, read this series! It is so rich in everything, from characters, steamy sex scenes, and super heart wrenching emotions. (Stupid books made me cry!). I can’t wait for March 11. I promise, this series won’t disappoint.

Are you guys talking about full measure because I was going to read it awaiting for lovely trigger and what are the Kathleen Turner books…Omg I am confused and have like 200 books on my kindle still to read…Maryse every time you post bargains and sequels of books I have read I one click them….. A very expensive hobby. How does everyone do it? I read like 2 or 3 books a week and can never get ahead. My kids are finally grown giving me time but my God I have to work and sleep and eat on occasion!! Lmao

I read Full Measure last week, I liked it, not love but it was nice, quick.
Just read Deviant by Callie Hart. Holy Jesus crap. Down the rabbit hole and I want more! Had the book tinglies for the first time in foreeeeeeeeeeeever. The thinking about it all day fog. Now I’m in the sad “I’m never gonna start another book cause they’re just not gonna be as good” sadness. Hoping Bad Things is my cure!

Just finished Lovely Trigger. Great book, and made me cry a few too many times. (No spoilers here, promise!). But, his song actually was one of the crying spots! I love rock star books, but normally their songs are more blatant poetry rather than emotional music. I had to stop reading at that point due to emotional upheaval. Loved the whole book.
I did the same thing Patty…..re-read bad things and rock bottom over the weekend. Started Lovely Triiger at midnight and didn’t even make it to work today…haha…whoops! Just finished Lovely Trigger and I cannot express how much I love this series!!!! So glad you finally started it Maryse. Hope you like it as much as I did! 🙂
